Computerisation and automation of production for consumer health protection


Food production is specific due to the strict standards for expiry and quality of the individual raw materials. Adherence to recipes, visibility of all raw materials and their flow through production to dispatch provides customers with the information they need to maintain product quality. A prerequisite for this is the collection of data with precision for each input raw material used for easy traceability of products by batch allocation, with a breakdown down to the input raw materials. Specifically for the food industry, we have developed our product, the VOIS MES system for optimal planning and scheduling of the production process, warehouse management and maintenance system.
