The company M - D - J, spol. s r.o., ID No.: 31 678 378, with its registered office at Juhoslovanská 1, Košice 040 01, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Košice I, Section: 3583/V (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), hereby informs, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), and Article 19 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), that it processes personal data of an unspecified number of persons through a camera system with recording. The camera system operates in continuous mode. The Controller processes personal data to the extent of the image recording of the camera system (without the sound track), where such processing is necessary for the purposes of the Controller's legitimate interests [Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the Regulation], in particular for the purpose of safety and protection of the Controller's property, its employees and other persons located on the Controller's premises. The personal data provided will only be processed by the relevant employees of the Controller or by an intermediary (e.g. a security agency). The personal data provided may also be disclosed to third parties (state authorities, courts, police, etc.) in the exercise of their legal powers.

Subject to compliance with the requirements set out in generally binding legislation, you have (i) the right to access your personal data, (ii) the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data, (iii) the right to restrict (block) the processing of your personal data, (iv) the right to object to the processing of your personal data, (v) the right to erasure of personal data, in particular where they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed or where consent to their processing has been withdrawn and where there is no other legal basis for the processing, or where the personal data have been unlawfully processed. You also have the right to data portability if the conditions set out are met, insofar as such a transfer is technically possible.

​You have the right to object at any time to the monitoring of your person by a camera system with recording, which is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in the safety and protection of the Controller's property. The Controller may not further process this personal data unless compelling legitimate grounds for such processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims are established.

You may exercise your rights under the Regulation and the Act as a data subject at the premises of the Controller.

​In the event that you, as a data subject, exercise any of the data subject's rights under the legislation governing the protection of personal data with the Controller and it is not possible to verify the identity of the applicant from the data subject's request, or in the event that the Controller has reasonable doubts as to the identity of the person submitting the request, the Controller reserves the right to request that person to provide additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the person submitting the request.

As a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, located at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, if you suspect that your personal data is being processed in violation of the applicable legislation.

With regard to the above-mentioned purposes of personal data processing, their provision is mandatory (your consent is not required), as their processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.

In accordance with the Regulation and the Act, the personal data provided by you will be kept only for the period necessary for the purpose of processing. The personal data provided will be disposed of after 15 days at the latest.

The Controller declares that it processes personal data only for the above purposes and in accordance with the Act and the Regulation, using appropriate technical, organisational and security measures. In particular, the Controller has taken the following measures to prevent unauthorised or accidental access, alteration, destruction or loss of personal data, unauthorised transmission, other unauthorised processing and other misuse of personal data: restricted access to the personal data obtained and technical security.
